Privacy

Handle is built to need as little personal data as possible. There are no accounts, passwords, or emails.

What we read

• Public profiles. When you search for an account, launch a coin, or verify an account, we read that account's public profile on its platform: username, display name, profile photo, follower count, bio, and the platform's public account id. We read the same information any logged-out visitor can see.
• Bios and posts, while verifying. While you verify an account, we re-read its public bio (or, on X, the post you link) to look for your code.

What we store

• For accounts that appear on a coin: the public profile details above, so coin pages can show who gets paid.
• For every coin: its on-chain details, the launching wallet address, and the split.
• For every payout and cash out: amounts, the destination address, and transaction signatures. These are public on Solana anyway.
• Two cookies: a random session token after you verify an account (so you stay signed in to its earnings), and a random browser id so a claim code only works in the browser that requested it.
• Server logs with IP addresses, kept briefly for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

What we don't do

• We don't ask for or store passwords, and we never log in to your social accounts.
• We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
• We don't run third-party analytics or tracking pixels.

Third parties

Coins, payouts and cash outs happen on the Solana blockchain, which is public. Coin images and metadata are stored on IPFS through pump.fun. Your wallet (for example Phantom) is its own service with its own privacy policy.

Removal

Account owners can verify and opt out of new coins at any time. Information already written to the blockchain can't be removed by anyone. For anything else, email [email protected] or message @handlepad on X.
