Terms of Service
Last updated September 28, 2026
These terms cover your use of Handle, including the website, the launchpad, and the claim and cash-out features. By using Handle you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Handle.
What Handle is
Handle creates cryptocurrency tokens (“coins”) on pump.fun, a third-party platform on the Solana blockchain, and ties each coin to one to six public social media accounts on TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick or Facebook. When a coin trades, pump.fun charges a creator fee. For every coin launched through Handle, that fee is split on the blockchain at launch: 80% between vaults held for the tagged accounts, in the proportions chosen by the launcher, and 20% to a Handle wallet that uses it to buy $HANDLE and burn it. The split is fixed at launch by pump.fun's fee-sharing program. Nobody, including Handle and the person who launched the coin, can change it afterwards.
Handle is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by TikTok, ByteDance, X Corp., Meta (Instagram, Facebook), Google (YouTube), Twitch/Amazon, Kick, or pump.fun. A coin on Handle does not mean any tagged account owner created, approved, or promotes it. Platform names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify which accounts a coin pays.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to launch a coin or cash out.
- You may not use Handle where doing so is illegal, or if you are on a sanctions list.
- You are responsible for the tax and legal consequences of what you do with Handle where you live.
Launching a coin
- You can launch a coin for any public account on the supported platforms, unless its owner has opted out.
- You pay pump.fun's creation cost and the Solana network costs from your own wallet. These are not refundable.
- You get none of the creator fees. The launcher is never a fee recipient (unless you tag an account you own and claim it).
- You must not use a name, ticker, image, or description that impersonates an account owner, claims they endorse the coin, is hateful, sexual involving minors, infringes someone else's rights, or is otherwise unlawful. We may hide such coins on Handle. Coins on the blockchain can't be deleted by anyone.
- You may not launch coins to harass anyone, manipulate markets, or mislead buyers.
Claiming an account
- Only the owner of an account may claim it. You prove ownership by placing a one-time code in the account's public bio (or, on X, in a public post). The code is valid for one hour, in the browser that requested it.
- Earnings belong to the underlying account, identified by the platform's own account id where the platform shows it, not to the username. If an account is renamed and its old name is taken by someone else, the new holder of the name cannot claim the original account's earnings.
- Claiming an impersonated or stolen account is prohibited. We may pause cash outs for an account while we investigate a dispute.
Earnings and cash out
- Earnings are paid in SOL. Their value in dollars changes constantly and can fall to near zero.
- Earnings for each account are held in a Solana wallet that Handle controls on the account owner's behalf until they cash out. We do not lend, invest, or otherwise use these funds. A small amount of SOL (the network's rent-exempt minimum) that Handle deposits to open each vault stays in the vault and is not part of the earnings.
- Minimum cash out is 0.01 SOL. We pay the network fee. Cash outs are rate-limited for safety.
- Blockchain transfers are final. If you paste the wrong address, we cannot get the funds back.
- If an account is never claimed, its earnings stay in its vault. We do not take unclaimed earnings for ourselves.
Opting out
An account owner can verify their account and opt out, which stops anyone from launching new coins that include it on Handle. Coins that already exist keep trading on pump.fun and keep paying the account; nobody can stop that because the split is locked on the blockchain. You can still cash out after opting out.
$HANDLE
$HANDLE is a coin on pump.fun. Handle uses the 20% share of creator fees to buy $HANDLE and burn the tokens it buys. This is not an offer, a promise of value, or investment advice. Buying $HANDLE or any coin launched on Handle is at your own risk.
Risks
- Coins launched here are highly speculative. Most lose most or all of their value.
- pump.fun, Solana, wallets, and the platforms we read profiles from are run by third parties and can fail or change at any time.
- Handle is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent the law allows.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handle is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services, market movements, or mistakes you make, such as sending funds to the wrong address.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using Handle after a change means you accept the new terms.
